1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using LagosMetrics Deals (deal.lagosmetrics.xyz), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
2. Data Accuracy & Disclaimer
LagosMetrics provides automated price tracking across third-party retailers in Nigeria. While our algorithms strive for accuracy, product prices, stock availability, and discounts change rapidly. We present all data "as is" and do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current validity of any price displayed. Final verification occurs on the retailer's website.
3. Affiliate Disclosure
LagosMetrics participates in various affiliate marketing programs. We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through outbound links on our site. This commission comes at no additional cost to you and helps keep our platform operational.
4. Limitation of Liability
LagosMetrics is not a retailer. We do not sell, ship, or handle customer service for any of the products listed on our platform. Any disputes regarding orders, shipping, refunds, or product quality must be directed strictly to the retailer (e.g., Jumia, Konga, Kara) where the purchase was made.
